How We Invest

We are an engaged, hands-on Private Equity investor focused on profitable businesses with strong fundamentals located in Central Europe.

Our capital supports transformation, not experimentation

We back profitable companies with healthy fundamentals, and strong owners — businesses that are ready for their next, accelerated phase of growth.

We target companies with proven products, a clear competitive advantage, and the potential to scale beyond their current position.

We are not passive providers of capital. We work alongside management to strengthen the organization, improve execution, build governance, and pursue M&A where relevant. Our goal is to unlock intrinsic value and build resilient companies - market leaders in their segment, regionally or internationally.

Our capital supports transformation, not experimentation

What we look for

We seek businesses with strong fundamentals and ambitious management teams.

Company Stage

Typically €5–25M in revenue, with positive EBITDA and a healthy growth potential.

Business Model

B2B or B2C, products or services, commerce or manufacturing - as long as the company has a clear competitive edge and strong growth potential.

Ownership

We typically seek majority ownership and meaningful alignment with founders or managers who remain committed to the business. In particular cases we are open to acquire all existing shares in a company.

Sectors

Sector-agnostic, but focused on businesses in well defined niches, often in traditional or less crowded sectors where better execution, digitalization, or process maturity can create outsized value.

Geography

We invest across Central Europe, with a strong focus on Poland.

We commit substantial time and expertise to every investment

We support management in building robust, scalable businesses with strong governance, oversight and performance tracking. Our involvement typically includes:

  • Strengthening governance, management structures, and reporting
  • Putting finance, controlling, and management reporting in order
  • Streamlining day-to-day operations and core business processes
  • Shaping commercial strategy, scaling go-to-market efforts, and improving sales execution
  • Supporting international expansion and entry into new geographies
  • Identifying and executing bolt-on acquisitions and consolidation opportunities
  • Preparing for exit scenarios — from strategic trade sales to secondary PE transactions
