Our team combines investing, operating, M&A, finance, and leadership experience. We have built businesses, advised owners, led transactions, and worked directly with management teams through periods of growth and change. That mix shapes how we invest: with conviction, close engagement, and a practical focus on value creation.
Wojciech Fedorowicz
Wojciech is an investor and executive with more than 25 years of experience across investing, company leadership, and business building. Before co-founding Blue Gravity Capital, he spent eight years as Managing Partner at TDJ Pitango Ventures, working closely with Pitango, one of Israel’s leading investment firms.
Earlier in his career, he served as CEO of Gerlach and as VP at the Gino Rossi Group, where he gained hands-on operating experience in consumer businesses and international expansion. He also lived and worked in Silicon Valley. Wojciech holds an MBA from Stanford University.
Daniel Star
Daniel brings over 20 years of investment experience across CEE, and global technology markets. Prior to co-founding Blue Gravity Capital, he was Managing Partner at Intel Capital covering Central Europe and at TDJ Pitango Ventures, where he worked with numerous companies on growth, scaling, and international expansion.
Earlier in his career, Daniel lived in Silicon Valley and worked closely with leading technology corporations on behalf of Intel. He began as an engineer and contributed to the development of the original Intel 8088 chipset, giving him a rare combination of technical depth and investment perspective.
Aleksandra Byrka, CFA
Aleksandra is an investment professional with 12 years of experience across M&A, origination, and growth-stage investing. She developed her transaction background at investment boutiques and at Grant Thornton, where she advised business owners on sales processes involving both strategic and financial investors.
She later applied her analytical and investment experience at LT Capital, a technology-focused investment fund. At Blue Gravity Capital, she leads origination and works closely with entrepreneurs, advisors, and the broader deal ecosystem. Aleksandra is a CFA charterholder.
Piotr Doloszycki
Piotr leads the fund’s financial operations, including controlling, liquidity management, and reporting standards. He brings more than 20 years of experience in fintech and banking, including over a decade at Wonga Polska, where he most recently served as Head of Finance.
Earlier, he worked at Bank BPH within the GE Capital Group and played a key role in the financial integration with GE Money Bank. Piotr holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the Cracow University of Economics and is a Certified Accountant.
Marlena Witkowska
Marlena is an attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, transaction advisory, and M&A. Before joining Blue Gravity Capital, she was a Senior Associate at act legal Poland (BSWW legal & tax), where she advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transformations.
At Blue Gravity Capital, she supports transactions and legal structuring across the firm’s investment activities. Marlena holds a law degree from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Mergers and Acquisitions at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
Piotr Schab
Piotr is an investment professional with transaction experience across private equity and M&A advisory. Before joining Blue Gravity Capital, he worked at Bain & Company’s Private Equity Group, where he supported more than 15 transactions across the technology, software, and mobility sectors globally. He previously worked in M&A advisory at PwC.
He holds an MSc in Computational Finance from UCL and a BSc from the Warsaw School of Economics. At Blue Gravity Capital, he supports transaction execution, analysis, and portfolio work.
